Returns are only accepted in the case of a proven product defect. Return authorization will be granted only after a technical inspection of the defect. Any return not expressly authorized will be refused without exception.

Each urn is a unique, handcrafted piece. Small variations in color or shape are not defects, but the hallmark of an unrepeatable artisanal work.
